This is a fun and easy song to play. Have a ball- Scott Melendez

G, D or D/F# (whichever you prefer), C

Burning solid burning thin the burning rim
Like stars burning holes right through the dark
Flicking fire like saltwater into my eyes
You were one inch from the edge of this bed
I dragged you back a sleepyhead

They couldn't think of something to say the day you burst
With all their lions and all their might and all their thirst
They crowd your bedroom like some thoughts wearing thin

nice...i usually play the D and C chords with an open E string, and i keep that 3rd fret on the B string held during the C chord (Cadd9 maybe???) relative to capo.

Here's the lead bit NOT relative to capo

e--16-13-------------------13----------13-16
B--------16-13-11h13p11-------16-13-16-----
G-----------------------13------------------
