I like it, a few points though, the B sounds a lot better if its played as a minor and some of the chords near the end are wrong, and just repeat the Bm G at the end, ending on the Bm
Except on the "ahh ahh" break, just play a normal B
Lyric correction:
Where you have "Terrible thought(?), newspaper covered walls",
it should say "A bare bulbs on, newspaper covered walls". He's describing how the only light he sees from her house is that of a single light bulb with no lampshade.
