Chords are correct, except that I don't agree with you on the B in the chorus. I would rather play a G or, to be exact, a G/B.

It's quite clearly a B in the chorus!

Pearl Jam plays the F chord with the root on the second string 6th fret. Commonly called the second sting major chord. Then the Am is played with the root on the 1st string 5th fret playing the first string minor chord. I only know this from watching them play it on MTV Unplugged.
