Hm, not really jazzy for these are not jazz chords :p
In my opinion it's like:
Dm = Dm7
A = A7 (or alternatively A7add13 - matter of taste :)
A# = A#7 (or alt. A#7/#5 -,,- )
Gm = Gm7
And C#7 sounds wrong for me. First I thought it's C#7b9 but in the original song I hear A7.
Also I think when the vocals go "money" or "women" there should be an Dm7/C (x3023(1))or(8x756x)or maybe C6add9 (6x556x).
