Although it might be tiring, use downstrokes here rather than alternate picking to
the frentic feel of the riff. The whole riff can be fretted with your first and third fingers.

Verse (guitar 1)

USe alternate picking throughout this part so that the notes on the fifth string are
with downstrokes, and those on the fourth are played with upstrokes. Using your second
to fret the E notes in bar three lets you fret bar four cleanly with your first and
fingers.

This part fades gradually half way through the verse. Use alternate Picking Throughout,
you first finger fretting the A at the 14th fret throughout. Use your third finger to
the C at the 17th fret, But your fourth to reach the high A.

Interlude(Guitar 1)

This is a slimmed down version of the main intro riff, But with beats 2 and 4 silent in
1 to 3, and beat 2 silent in last bar. As in the intro, use downstrokes throughout but
the palm of your picking hand during the rests.

Interlude(guitar 2)

Use downstrokes throughout, but try to keep you forearm as loose and relaxed as possible
avoid tension building up at this high tempo. The open string chords at the end of
3 and 4 occur naturally ad you change chords, so dont go out of your way to sound them.

Interlude(harmony part)

This part is played in the 5th position, so fret all the 5th fret notes with your first
Use you third finger for the seventh fret notes and your second finger for the 6th fret
Again, use downstrokes and mute the strings with the side of your pick hand for the rests.

Not as much a solo as a repeating to bar riff, this should be played with downstrokes.
