For the second line of the bridge (e.g. ' I'll last for-ever, and I'll be good to you, oh, yes I will.') I think it should really be something like D#7 - Gm7 - Faug/C# - F or D#7 - Gm7 - C#dim - F. You have to get the C# in the bass so that the bass walk D#-D-C#-C is smooth.

AND I just realized that those corrections are for the original key, not the key relative to the capo, so if you are using a capo go with C7 - Em7 - Bb6 - D.
