Like many other really good songwriters, Pete likes to take regular old chords
and do something weird to them (like leave off or add a finger) and it makes
his sound really dynamic & pretty.  I'll put the regular note above the tabs 
with a star to show it's been changed.  If there's a "t" that means I fret the 
note with my thumb.
