The C chord is actually a Cadd9. Just fyi. Makes playing a little easier.

Excellent. Phil actually tunes his guitar a 1/2 step down. The EM is actually an Em7 and just as jwd724 says, the C is definetly a Cadd9. Nice work, thanks for posting.
