This is actually pretty close to 100% correct. It's supposed to be just the backing chords while the guitar/keys do their thing, and that's exactly what it is. You just vamp on Dm7 to G or G7 (essentially the verse of "Breathe" down 1 full step) for the whole piece, then end on the chorus progression of "Breathe," again down 1 full step, which serves as a turn-around into "Brain Damage." The only corrections are that C7#9 is spelled x3234x, and the last chord is actually C#dim7 (spelled x4232x), not C7b9 (spelled x3232x). Again, this is the exact same as the chorus of "Breathe" taken down 1 full step (2 frets).
