Oh, and just to clear things up, the liner notes on 'a saucerful of secrets' says "Words and Music by Roger Waters (copyright) 1968 by Lupus Music Ltd". On the whole album, Barrett only wrote 'Jugband Blues'. Although, it is REALLY Barrettey :-)

The N.C. is an A. All A chords are played on bass E (fifth fret).

About the ending...not sure if it's a D, but I'm not 100% positive..
The second riff has something odd about it...can't spot it exactly.
