Your key change didn't stick around much. They key change stays there for the rest of the song after you come out of the D minors and what should be A7s.

During the verse,, it goes from a D to an Asus4, to an E minor with a high D added, to a G, then back to a D. In the second line of each verse, at the end of the line goes from a G to an A, then back to the D.

The intro is also wrong, in that the third chord in the beginning part of an open E minor with a high D added.

After "They'll Fall to ruin one day, for making us part," the entire key modulates up a full step to E, and the chords are E- B - A - B, etc. The ending pat is an arpeggio alternating between open E and a partially open B bar chord on the third fret.
