Play this harmonic sequence once as an intro. Then continue repeating it as Guitar 2
in with this riff:

Repeat this riff four times. Play the note in parantheses only on the second and fourth
The rhythm is kind of jazzy and syncopated, so listen to the recording to figure that out.

Next comes the verse riff:

*play this with a quick, upward sweeping motion, as if you were just intending to pluck
e string, and hit the other two on your way up. It should produce a nice twangy sound.

Admittedly, the picking on this part is fairly random and incomprehensible, and also
each time they play it. What I have captures the essence of it, and sounds pretty good if
only have one guitar (there are two picking in the recording), although I'm sure it's 
exactly what they play. You can try messing around with different picking patterns with
same notes, which are definitely right.

As he starts singing the verse, only Guitar 1 is going with the harmonics. The picking
in when his voice starts to tail off (after half the harmonic riff is done).

At the end of the verse, Guitar 2 plays the intro riff again four times, while Guitar 1
with harmonics.

The comes this, starting palm-muted and gradually building up:

Then the outro (harmonics continue throughout):
