That's why it says A Capella.

the A & F chords on the the end of the chorus I think it may not be on that part of the lyrics... the A I think it should be where the F is, and the F, to be honest, I don't hear it anywhere. What I hear after the A is: D - C# - C , A - Ab - G
Played as fifth notes (I don't know the actual translation for those kind of notes, but the notes when you play punk =D)
It's just an observation, 'coz the tab sounds great.
