I decided to rewrite this tab because, after looking at all the otheres, I couldn't find
where the Fills that Morello plays in the verses were tabbed to sound even anything
what they do in the song. I think mine is a little closer than whats already here, but
still not perfect - it would be very hard to know work out how it's done without asking
himself.

Verse Fill 1) On this fill, make sure to play the downwards slides very slowly. I
put the fret to stop playing them on on this tab - you'll have to judge that yourself. It's
about the timing of where the note stops than what fret you get down to. Also, the bends
the first three parts (and the first two bends on the fourth part) are very slight, so
overplay them. Where, in the fourth part, the bends are in brackets, it means that the
has already been bent to this note. You hold it here from the last bend. The distortion
to be up high, and, when I played this, I turned off the tone on the pickup I was using 
get a better sound.

Verse Fill 2) I couldn't quite figure out how to get the chirping sounds that Morello
in this fill. In other tabs, all I've seen is bending notes. They were all very low
considering how high the noise that Morello makes is. I think it sounds more like the
if you play the hammers that I've put in my tab, but you have to make sure to play them very
though, as the string is not already vibrating as it would be when you usually hammer
I found it was a good idea to play them with my right hand, and use my left hand to deaden
string after playing the note, because it sounds pretty awful if you accidentaly get an 
string at the end of a note. On the bends, you have to play them up almost to
fret, and then back a little but not all the way.

Chorus) On the bent note on 1st fret, I fretted it with my little finger, and used my
finger and first two fingers to bend the string before the nut, as you can bend it more
than on first fret, where there isn't much room to bend the string.

Solo Part 1) Here you slide your finger down as you play the deadened notes, playing
the top and bottom strings by finger picking. It's almost like a continous slide from 12 to
but you have to stop at the marked frets to play the notes. On the last four deadened
bring you finger back up to about 11th fret, and slowly slide it up so that you play
harmonic on 12th fret on the last three.

Solo Part 2) Don't let any of the notes ring apart from the last three in the first part
so you can slide them back up to the top - and obviously the last one so you can play
vibrato.
