For the intro & verse`s & chorus`s use a DigiTech whammy & set it on the harmony 
setting 1 oct v, 1 oct ^.(1 octave down, 1 octave up.) 
Also for the intro and verse`s flip the toggle switch like your doing killswitch. 
Also Use a Wah in the intro and verse`s.
