Every tab I have seen for the is song is written in/for Drop D.  But When you 
actually listen to the and I play along, I don't think it matches.  so this is a 
very strange tuning, but it's C#ADGbe, yes, weird.  Just down tune your lowest E 
so your 4th fret on the A string is in an octave (C#).  There is no sense in down 
tuning your guitar if you really only need to do so for one string.
