C 032010 OR 032013 – sometimes it's audible on the track, but not important
Cadd9 032030 OR 032033
C? x32032 – I'm not sure what this chord is, but I think this is right
D x00232 – sometimes Dadd9 is used as a sort of passing note
D/F# 200232 - sometimes it's audible on the track, but not important
Em 022000 OR 022003 - sometimes it's audible on the track, but not important

In the chorus, if you're doing this on the fourth fret, it would go G Am G- it'd go G, Am, Bm, C
EXCUSE ME. It would NOT go G Am G, the base line moves up, so it would be: G, AM, Bm, C. Ignore my last post.
SORRY. One last time: C? x32032 – I'm not sure what this chord is, but I think this is right That's a Cadd9 as well. ;)
