Not quite right. The keyboard is deffinately wrong. I believe a bit of the guitar part is also wrong. No offense, just keep working.
And your vocalist is out of key on parts.
The first three measures are right, but where you go from 6 to 8, it should remain 7 to 8, but the keyboard enters on that part and harmonizes. Your verse is wrong too. I think I'll tab it so it's correct. If you don't mind me using your drum part. I don't play drums so i don't know if that's right or not.
