Hey man, just a little thing. For the part after Humble thyself in the sight of the Lord. I think the G and the Em switch so its like this

     Em       D        G
And He will lift you up, higher and higher.

the song was written by Robert Hudson not Rich Mullins.

and the chords to the He will lift you up are like this:
