This works better playing Barre cords

Play normal    C      F   Bb   slide down >>> Bb A G      *2

Verse:
G  C  then take your 4th finger off and play all the strings on the 3rd position
then play  3, 4 and 5 (Bb B C) on your D string. 

G  C  then take your 4th finger off and play all the strings on the 3rd position
No run at the end
