E C#/A? G#* F#* x 2
E C#/A? G#* F#*

Something's beating on the wall on the other side

Strange lovers moan

Each other's names on by our sheets

For the very first time

The other's some name he changes every time she lies across his bed
G# F# E
The light of the moon leads the way
Towards the morning
G# F# E
And the sun, the sun's well on its way too soon to know
C#m B A E
and.. oh my god, whatever, etc.
E C#/A? G#* F#* x 2
E C#/A? G#* F#*
If I could I'd fold myself away like a card table
E C#/A? G#*
A concertina or a Murphy bed
F#* E C#/A?
>(3 times)
I would but I wasn't made that way so you know instead
E G#2 E G#2 E
I'm open all night and the customers come to stay
G#2 E G#2 F#
And everybody tips but not enough to knock me over
F# >(3 times) E
I'm so tired
>G# F# E
I just worked two shifts
G# F# E
The light of the moon leads the way
Towards the morning
G# F# E
And the sun, the sun's well on its way too soon to know

and oh,oh my god,
C#m B A E
... oh my god, whatever, etc.

This is a pretty accurate tab, but the chord names aren't correct... Use the fingerings provided, but the actual chord names (in case you care) are:
E =E B* =Bsus2(/F#)
C#/A?=C#m7 (absent 5th) A =A
G#* =E/G# G# =G#m7
F#* =F#m7 (absent 5th) F# =F#m7
F# =F#m7add11 G#2=Esus4/G#
C#m =C#m (not labeled at top)
Oops, formatted weird. Try that again:
E =E
B* =Bsus2(/F#)
C#/A?=C#m7 (absent 5th)
A =A
G#* =E/G#
G# =G#m7
F#* =F#m7 (absent 5th)
F# =F#m7
F# =F#m7add11
G#2 =Esus4/G#
C#m =C#m (not labeled at top)
Well actually, most of the chords in this song are actually variations on the E major chord to make it sound more interesting. Really the only chords in this song are E, A, B, and C#m, with varying bass notes and a few added 6ths and such to jazz up the sound.
