Verse 3:

        D G D

(repeat chorus)

Verse 4:
Up here in the city, it feels like things are closin' in
The sunset's just my light bulb burning out
I miss Kentucky and I miss my family
All the sweetest winds they blow across the south

During the verses 3 and 4, add small hammer on such as

D|--2h4--|

between some chords to make it sound better.

I thinks this tab is 100% ok, but if there are any suggestions or corrections then let
me know

Nice tab, but if you're going to claim that Ryan Adams is the greatest (which I'm not arguing with) make to sure to get your facts correct. Heartbreaker was his first solo record.
