Thanks for sharing! The only thing I would add - after the Am in the “instrumental” section, walk down to the C by adding a quick ( X 2 0 0 1 0 ) during the chord transition.

I think an Am7 in the chorus sounds a bit more accurate than an Am but It's trivial
