I just figured this out in about a half hour.  Dont have all the parts yet.

During the Verse, the first 2 times is the harmonics, and the second two measures is 
1 but palm muted.

PreChorus - this part i am still iffy on.  Not 100% correct
There is a part where he picks, but i think i just know the chords.
