I hesitate to call it a correction cos your tab is pretty spot on, but I think the A7sus4 should be 0,0,2,0,3,3 instead of 0,0,2,2,3,3. I.e, when changing from the Cadd9, just take your middle finger off and leave it instead of putting it on the G string. I think the G string rings out a bit too much in the A7sus4. Try it and lemme know what ya think. Good tab though.
