This is how I learned it. I'm not sure if it is exact, but it is pretty close

It is based mainly on 3 chords:

If you hold down these chords it is pretty east to pick up this picking pattern

These are all the parts of the songs that you need to know. After the chorus there is a 
that has two guitars finger picking so it is a little difficult to decipher.

After the bridge the rest of the song goes:

Pre-chorus (x2)

Chorus (x8)

Then they play into an outro (which is the same as the intro) and they repeat this 8x.
