I think that Sara is playing one (maybe two) hybrid or "slash" chords in between the A and Bm. My best guess is A/F# which is pretty easily done if you play A non-barred (on the second fret) and then use your thumb to hit F#.
As for the second passing chord I'm out of ideas. On a piano it's way easier to play hybrids so it might be tough to replicate on a guitar.
