~~Capo, 1st fret~~

Short intro: C, Fmaj7, C

             C Dm7 F
Spend all your time waiting for that second chance

              C F G
For the break that would make it okay

                                     Dm7 F
There's always some reason to feel not good enough

              C F G
And it's hard at the end of the day

                         Dm7 F
I need some distraction, a beautiful release

C F G
Memories seep from my veins

                    Dm7 F
Let me be empty, oh and weightless, and maybe

     C F G
I'll find some peace tonight

(Chorus)

           C Fmaj7 C Fmaj7 Em
In the arms of the angel, fly away from here

                  F C
G
From this dark, cold hotel room, and the endlessness that you fear

               C Fmaj7 C Fmaj7 Em
You are pulled from the wreckage of your silent reverie

                       F C, G
C, Fmaj7, C
You're in the arms of the angel, may you find some comfort here.

                           Dm7 F
So tired of this straight line, and everywhere you turn

              C F G
There's vultures and theives at your back

                                    Dm7 F
The storm keeps on twisting, you keep on building the lies

                C F G
That you make up for all that you lack.

                              Dm7 F
It don't make no difference, escaping one last time

      C F G
It's easier to believe

                       Dm7 F
In this sweet madness, oh this glorious sadness

          C F G
That brings me to my knees.

(Repeat chorus)

C x-3-2-0-1-0
Fmaj7 x-3-3-2-1-0
Dm7 x-x-0-2-1-1
F x-x-3-2-1-1

The capo's on the 2nd fret, not the first. But apart from that...good tab.

Yes, capo on first Loserkid. First chord is a C# on the recording.
My only suggestions:
Instead of F and G for the end of each line would be to play Fmaj7 as shown in tabs BUT w/o the open "E" string (see PS at end of comment)and then to G7 bar chord strummed only up to D note/B string. You can use a finger from your right hand (I use the pinky) to mute the high "E" string which helps you get a good follow through w/o risk of ringing too high in the register.
Long deliberate strums make this one stand out and follow through really does give it a little extra feeling to the chords.
P.S. I know that it becomes an F this way, but I say Fmaj7 only for the sake of fingering idea.

Capo is 1st, the real problem is the layout of the chords... the Dm7 changes on the word "waiting" and it carries on from there - try formatting thusly... using a separate line for chords is a fools game- try and see why...

[Fmaj7] Spend all your time [Dm7] waiting for that [F] second chance
For the [C] break that would make it [G] okay
There's always some [F] reason to feel [Dm7] not good [F] enough
And it's [C] hard at the [F] end of the [G] day
I need some [Dm7] distraction, a [F] beautiful release
[C] Memories [F] seep from my [G] veins
Let me be [Dm7] empty, oh and weightless, and [F] maybe
I'll [C] find some [F] peace [G] tonight
