This is a beautiful song that sounds great on guitar even though it was made for piano. 
had a look at the other Chords for this song and noticed that a lot were wrong. I'm 
sure these ones are 100% correct.

U made my day!.. i kept wonderin wut that F#m was!:)... its hard to hear its hard with the piano style chords.

well...this is NOT a hundred percent perfect because i'm definately hearing some seventh chords in there especially before the chorus. jolly good work, though.
