The two clean guitars sound off, and in the verse there are actually two guitars going. At first in the intro, it is only one guitar playing (one guitar is aligned left, the other clean is right). The timing on the interlude is off. Also, in the interlude, the lead guitar plays with low volume, and then gets louder, hence the sound of the distortion getting stronger. In the verses, there is a note missing (an open D). In the first chorus, the chords slide, and the lead guitar plays harmonics. Some parts in the third chorus are off in timing. In measure 123, it would have been so much easier if you would have just used a trill, instead of a measure full of 32nd notes. It seems like you did this tab by ear, sometimes in the tab. The solo sounds odd, and the out-chorus sounds odd at times.
