It's nice to see the right verse for once! I'm sure the outro is harmonics, I reckon it sounds better as harmonics anyway. Are you sure about the chorus? Is there a C in there aswell?

B) The Em is actually an Emadd7 (i think thats what it was)

C) Lastly and MOST IMPORTANT the song is in E half step down (EbAbDbGbBbEb)

On the Disclaimer CD its in standard tuming
But when they do it live (and on the Punisher Soundtrack) its tuned down to Eb.

I have perfect pitch too so I'm 100% sure
