I believe I got this about 85% correct. I really just tried to lay the ground work so 
someone who knows what their doing can tab it 100%. So this many not be totally correct 
it should get you pretty close. The video that comes with the cd helped a lot.

h= hammer on
p= pull off
/= slide up neck
