This is not the acoustic version, this is tabbed from me listening to the song that is 
on the album.

Starts by positioning your fingers as if you were to play a C chord on an acoustic 
guitar. Then almost like an Am on an acoustic. Then like
an F chord on an acoustic. If you start with your fingers in those
positions for the first three parts, you will be in the right area.
