not bad at all, they most likely play the song tuned one step down however.

I have heard the song very carefully plenty of times. I can assure you that unlike other Seether's songs, this one is not a whole step down, only Drop-D tunning.

The first 4 bars should be repeated in the bridge. I've listened to the acoustic version a few times and i'm sure it does. In the tab it look like it repeats buts its different. I'm not sure how to explain it as i've forgotten all my theory but just listen to the difference between the 2
