It's a decent enough tab, but you've not presented it well - with 5 mins work it could be perfect. Put in section headings and chord names if you know if - if not tell me and I'll write a lesson on it.
Also, there's an acoustic guitar in the background, during the second and third verses that plays the chorus. It's quiet, but there.
Aside from that, this is an excellently done tab, and the only one I believe to be as close as possible to perfectly correct.
