I'm just giving the basic chords because it would be
stupid to make such a simple yet beautiful song so complex.
The first part (D#m7) gets repeated throughout the song,
with the extension of a C# (9) and
a C (8) that gets alternated each time with the basic chord D#m7.
eg D#m7 x3 then D#m7 with #9 x3, again 3x D#m7 and then 3x with the added #8.
This part ends each time with a A#m.
The technique is muting/lifting all fingers off rhitmically so you create some sort of beat.
Also switching between upstroke or downstrum makes it dynamic.
Easiest thing to do is just listen.
D#m7 D#m7 (9) D#m7 (8) A#m

When she sings "Listen girl" "Learn how to love yourself"
"Just fly on girl" and "cuz you're worth it" there is some sort of rapid breakdown.
Basically after the A#m you go to the D#m7 and slide to Fm7, and then you go back to A#m.

These chords aren't the same with Selah's chords. Her chords are like GM and AM with a capo on 6th fret.
This tab was made a long time before the cd even existed. I tabbed it based on a live version (Selah Sue Live @ TV-show 'De zevende dag',1-04-2009), this tab is a perfect replication of that performance.
