[Intro]

C#min E F#m A

[Verse 1]

C#min
Wrap me in a bolt of lightning
E
Send me on my way still smiling
F#m
Maybe that's the way I should go
A
Straight into the mouth of the unknown
C#min
I left the spare key on the table
E
Never really thought I'd be able
F#m
To say I merely visit on the weekends
A
I lost my whole life and a dear friend

[Pre-Chorus]

F#m A
I've said it so many times
E B
I would change my ways - No, never mind
F#m A
  God knows I've tried

[Chorus]

C#min E F#m A
Call me a sinner, call me a saint
C#min E F#m A
Tell me it's over I'll still love you the same
C#min E F#m A
Call me your favorite, call me the worst
C#min E F#m A
Tell me it's over I don't want you to hurt
       A B C#min
It's all that I can say
      A B C#min
So, I'll be on my way

[Interlude]

C#min E F#m A

[Verse 2]

C#min
I finally put it all together
E
  That nothing really lasts forever
F#m
I had to make a choice that was not mine
A
I had to say goodbye for the last time
C#min
I kept my whole life in a suitcase
E
Never really stayed in one place
F#m
Maybe that's the way it should be
A
You know I live my life like a gypsy

[Pre-Chorus]

F#m A
I've said it so many times
E B
I would change my ways - No, never mind
F#m A
  God knows I've tried

[Chorus]

C#min E F#m A
Call me a sinner, call me a saint
C#min E F#m A
Tell me it's over I'll still love you the same
C#min E F#m A
Call me your favorite, call me the worst
C#min E F#m A
Tell me it's over I don't want you to hurt
       A B C#min
It's all that I can say
      A B C#min
So, I'll be on my way

[Bridge]

A
  I'll always keep you inside
E B
You healed my heart and my life
F#m A
  And you know I tried

[Chorus]

C#min E F#m A
Call me a sinner, call me a saint
C#min E F#m A
Tell me it's over I'll still love you the same
C#min E F#m A
Call me your favorite, call me the worst
C#min E F#m A
Tell me it's over I don't want you to hurt
       A B C#min
It's all that I can say
      A B C#min
So, I'll be on my way
      A B C#min
So, I'll be on my way
      A B C#min
So, I'll be on my way

------------------------------------

There is a small outro after the final chorus where five chords are played slowly and
I couldn't get the exact chords or combination, but I think it contains basically the same
as the rest, possibly a G#5 as well or something. But yeah, I couldn't get that bit.

It terms of the song itself, I love it; melodically, lyrically - it's just completely
Big thanks to sdpeter for the chords (which he submitted as a comment in response to the
lot of Call Me chords up here), and of course thanks to Shinedown for making the song in
first place. Ciao!
