Title: *Save Me*
Artist: Shinedown
Album: Us and Them

Track: -3-

Label: Atlantic Records
Tablatured by: Asa Gaston

Tuning: STANDARD

INTRO - - - Bm - D - A - G - F# - Bm - D - A - G - F#

VERSE 1
Bm D A G F#
I've got a candle, and I've got a spoon.
Bm D A G F#
I live in a hallway with no doors and no rooms.
Bm D A G F#
Under the windowseel, they all were found.
  Bm D
A touch of concrete within the doorways,
A G F#
without a sound

CHORUS
Bm D A G
Someone save me if you will, and take away;
           F#
all these pills.
    Bm D A G
And please, just save me, if you can, from my blasphemy
       F#
in my wasteland

INTRO 2 - - - Bm - D - A - G - F#

VERSE 2
Bm D A G F#
How did I get here and what went wrong.
Bm D A G F#
Could'nt handle forgiveness, now I'm far beyond gone.
Bm D A G F#
And I can hardly remember the look in my own eyes.
Bm D
How could I love this, a life so dishonest.
   A G F#
It made me compromise

CHORUS
Bm D A G
Someone save me if you will, and take away;
          F#
all these pills.
    Bm D A G
And please, just save me, if you can, from my blasphemy
      F#
in my wasteland

BRIDGE
Bm D A G F#
Jump in the water, jump in with me.
Bm D A G F#
Jump on the Alter, lay down with me.
Bm D A G F# Bm D A G F#
The hardest question to answer: is why why

CHORUS
Bm D A G
Someone save me if you will, and take away;
          F#
all these pills.
    Bm D A G
And please, just save me, if you can, from my blasphemy
          F#
in my wasteland.

ENDING
Bm D
Someone save me.
A G F#
Someone save me.
Bm
Somebody save me.
D
Somebody save me,
A G F# Bm
please don't erase me.

this is how i heard the song, plus when i seen the live stripped version, and it was only an acoustic guitar and the singer, this is how they played it,so why then are there so many versions in drop d?
i haven't tried to play with the studio album,so maybe it is different.but good tab asa.

i think the F# should be played the way ultimate-guitar lists it as
e - 2
b - 2
G - 3
D - 4
A - 4
E - 2

rather than the way you have it listed below. i could be wrong but i feel like it sounds better.
