This song isn't actually played in flat tuning but I went ahead and converted it to it.
Some of these chords are strummed but i'm only putting the tabs and you can figure out
the amount of strums for yourself cause' it's just easier that way. It's hard to read 
strum timing with tabs anyways.lol

(This part is for the bass, but I thought I'd make it real quick in case you wanted to
play along. It's kinda cool to play it in a power chord too.)

This next little thing he does in the verse is something that I'm not too sure on. I
think he uses a whammy bar and hits the 12th fret on the B string....but I'm not too
