In fact it's more kind of a bass tab. Sounds like this:

The chords are:

Eb  Fm  Gm  Dm  Cm   but it doesn't sound this way. It's just completing the bass notes.

If you want to play a solo, play it in Eb major or C minor.

The bass notes (G and F) change sometimes, even with an Ab-note, which is normally not 
in the Eb major or C minor scale. At a certain moment, everything is played an octave higher.
