Play the F and C in the same essential shape (i.e. don't use a barred chord for the F, 
so that it's easier to switch).  Remove your middle finger on the fourth strum, and 
replace it on the 5th.


There seems to be a melody played under the verse, which is somewhat like this:

After he says "Have you even ever rented a room?" play an A minor, and let it ring for a
