This is a pretty good song, and since no one has put the whole song online, I will.
There is some kind of other stringed instrument in the beginning, but I'm only going to
the guitar part.

Verse:

|-----------------------------------------------------------1---|
|--------1--------1---------3--------1--------1---------3-----3-|
|-----2--------0--------2---------2--------0---------2----------|
|--3--------2--------0---------3-------3-2------2-0-------------|
|---------------------------------------------------------------|
|---------------------------------------------------------------|

Do this once during the verse ^, then it changes (Finger-picking here):

|--------------------------1-------------------------1----|
|--------1--------1--------3--------1--------1---3------3-|
|-----2--------0-----------------2--------0------2--------|
|--3-------3-2------2-0-------3-------3-2------0-0--------|
|---------------------------------------------------------|
|---------------------------------------------------------|

Play this ^ once, then comes the bridge (finger-picking):

|--------------------------1----------|----------------------|
|--------1--------1--------3--------2-|-------1--------1--10-|
|-----2--2-----0--0-----2--2-----0--0-|----2--2-----0--0--10-|
|--3-----3--2-----2--0-----0--2-----1-|-3-----3--2-----2--10-|
|-------------------------------------|--------------------8-|
|-------------------------------------|----------------------|

Now the chorus:

|-------------------------|------------------------|
|--7--7--------3--3-------|-7--7--------3--3-------|
|--9--9--2--2--5--5--3--3-|-9--9--2--2--5--5--3--3-|
|--9--9--3--3--5--5--5--5-|-9--9--3--3--5--5--5--5-|
|--7--7--3--3--3--3--5--5-|-7--7--3--3--3--3--5--5-|
|--------1--1--------3--3-|-------1--1--------3--3-|

|--------------------------------------------|
|--------------------------5--5--3--3-3-3--3-|
|--5--5--7--7--8--8--8--8--7--7--5--5-5-5--5-|
|--7--7--9--9-10-10-10-10--7--7--5--5-5-5--5-|
|--7--7--9--9-10-10-10-10--5--5--3--3-3-3--3-|
|--5--5--7--7--8--8--8--8--------------------|

Right here there are a couple of variations on the verse, but you can figure them out
they have the same basic pattern. So play the verse one more time {use a pick this time
then the bridge, then the chorus, then some instrumental stuff, and then the solo, which
right here:

|-----------------------------------------1-0--8b9--8h10p8-----------------|
|-------------------------------------0-2------------------10-8------------|
|--------------------0------------0-2---------------------------10---------|
|-0--0--0-2-3--2--2----3-2-2h3--3----------------------------------12-10-7-|
|--------------------------------------------------------------------------|
|--------------------------------------------------------------------------|

|-12b13---14b15--12---------12b13b12----13b---13s17----|
|-------------------13---------------13----------------|
|----------------------12------------------------------|
|------------------------------------------------------|
|------------------------------------------------------|
|------------------------------------------------------|

Listen to the song to figure out the timing for that, and I'm pretty sure it's right.
Now play the verse, bridge, and chorus two more times. The song fades out with the chorus.
Good luck with this one, 'cause it took me a while!
