------------ Six Organs of Admittance

------ 06 School of the Flower

--- School of the Flower (2005)

------------ Tabbed by ExoM7

Guitar: Ben Chasny (steel-string acoustic)

(0:00)

Guitar 1: Riff 1
E|------------------------------------|------------------------------------|
B|--------------------------3---------|------------------------------------|
G|--------2---2-4-2-4-5-4-5---5-4-2-4-|--------2---2-4-2-4-5-4-2-4~--------|
D|----(0)-----------------------------|----(0)-----------------------------|
A|------------------------------------|------------------------------------|
D|--0------(0)------------------------|--0------(0)------------------------| x8

The fingering used here is pretty flexible. Personally I use index for the
second and third frets, and ring and pinky for the 4 and 5, respectively.

(0:47)

w/ Riff 1 x8

Guitar 2: Riff 2

I have no idea what he is playing exactly here, it is very indistinct. Try
playing C, A, D, and B power chords in the background at various parts. But
it also sounds like some harmonization of Riff 1 is going on at the end of
each repeat.

(1:35)

w/ Riff 1 x12
w/ Riff 2 x12

Guitar 3: Riff 3
E|--8-5---5---------------------------|--8-5---5---------------------------|
B|------8---8-5-----------------------|------8---8-5-----------------------|
G|--------------7-5-------------------|--------------7-5-------------------|
D|------------------7---7-------7-----|------------------7---7-------------|
A|--------------------0-------0-------|--------------------0---------------|
D|------------------------------------|------------------------------------| x12

The next layer is a simple descending pentatonic riff in A minor.

(2:46)

Guitar 1
E|-------------------3-------5--------|----------3---5---6---5---3---------|
B|--5-------6-------------------------|--5---6-----------------------6-----|
G|------------------------------------|------------------------------------|
D|------3--------3-------3-------3----|----3---3---3---3---3---3---3----3--|
A|------------------------------------|------------------------------------|
D|------------------------------------|------------------------------------| x2

Nice little string skipping part.

(2:58)

w/ Riff 1 until end
w/ Riff 2 until end
w/ Riff 3 until end

Gave up counting repeats after 48 with seven minutes left to go.

There is random electric guitar in the middle, heavily distorted.
