Okay, this is my first tab, so don't hate me if it's not right. No one had it up
so I thought I might as well try. I might be missing a few chords in the chorus, I couldn't tell.

My Em7 chord looks like

  Em7
e|-3-
B|-3-
G|-0-
D|-2-
A|-2-
E|-0-

Capo 3

Intro: C G D Em7, C G D (x2)

Verse 1
C G D Em7 C G D
There's a handwritten note pressed in the door of her screened in porch
C G D Em7 C G D
And I am sailing away recalling that day miles from shore
C G D Em7 C G D
She was still wearing white and robins egg blue, her grandmothers dress
C G D Em7 C G D
When I left early this year, how I wound up here is anyone's guess
C G D Em7 C D
When the new sites grow old and I start to feel cold I'll sail home again

Chorus 1
G D
  Goodbye Brielle
     Am C
Only whispers can tell
       G D
Of the sweet dreams that we knew so well
         Am C
I'll see you around our dear ocean town
    G D
The frozen days we set ablaze
        Am C
Sent me drifting away
       G
Like a butterfly you floated by
    D
And now you're alone
       Am C
I wish I knew when I'll be back again
   Am G C
So until then I wish you well
D
My dear Brielle

C G D Em7, C G D (x2)

Verse 2 (same as verse 1)
 C G D Em7 C G D
Strolling over the sand and cobblestone paths that wind through the trees
 C G D Em7 C G
and breathing the sweet forest air makes a bluebird aware that she could
   D
be free
  C G D Em7 C D
When the new sites grow old and I start to feel cold, I'll sail home again

Chorus 2
G D
  Goodbye Brielle
     Am C
Only whispers can tell
       G D
Of the sweet dreams that we knew so well
         Am C
I'll see you around our dear ocean town
    G D
The frozen days we set ablaze
        Am C
Sent me drifting away
       G
Like a butterfly you floated by
    D
And now you're alone
       Am C
I wish I knew when I'll be back again
   Am G C
So until then I wish you well
   Am G C
So until then I wish you well
  Am G C
I love you my darling farewell
D
My dear Brielle
