The tab is right but it doesnt sound stron/powerful enough

That's the first one; the other one just slide double 7 on E and A to 9 on E and A
Wrong. Wrong, wrong, wrong. Retards.
Wrong because:
1) The guitars are tuned down half a step (as with everything Slash plays).
2) This is slide guitar with a bottleneck.
For these reasons, I disagree with your claim that "this is 100% right". Slash is 100% right. You, on the other hand, are a cock.
