I think that it starts at 7 on the D, not 9, and the 7h9 on G to 7 on the B is actually 7h9h11... just a thought, either way sounds fine i just find it easier to double hammer
You might be right about the starting note...and I guess it's a matter of preference for the hammer...I find it is easier for me to extend my pointer finger so it covers both the G and the B strings on the 7th fret rather than hammering the 11th...doesn't really matter tho, it sounds decent either way
I barre my index finger across the bottom 4 strings... that makes it less back and forth for me... it might take some getting used to but once you get it down, makes it so much easier...theres also a live video of jacob playing it acoustically and he does it that way as well....(thats where i picked up the double hammer)
