ahoy. i've already tried to tab & upload the guitar lick so here's the bassline as well, 
the whole band can play the theme from Space Goast Coast to Coast!

so most of the song is played in a stacatto style (an italian word, meaning detached). 
those who aren't familiar with this term, notes played as stacatto are often played abruptly
and short. listen to the song if you are still bewildered by the crazy terminology.
