This song is weird because of the tuning, it's fucking nuts. it sounds really cool, but
only Soundgarden make it sound this good. Here's the tuning

Low to High: 
6-E 5-E (same as 6) 4-E (one octavie higher, 3 and 2 are the same) 
3-E 2- E 1 - E (normal) 

the sound you get is almost like the Chorus effect, or like a twelve string i guess
