Decent tab except for a couple of mistakes the proper way to write out the second chord of the song is D/F# (means a D chord with an F# as the bass note). And the last two chords of the bridge are Em then D not A to E.
Actually, the last two chords of the bridge are A and then D.
Whats with tabbers and not putting down all the fing words?!
