BUT.
Tune it flat. Stone Sour has never played anything above flat. It's either drop B, or Eb.
Your Em chords in the intro, and breakdown should not be the lowest form, but instead, the one played during the chorus.
Subsequently, the Em chords in the verses should be full Em chords.
The C chord is, in the case of Through Glass actually slightly different. I'm not sure what to call it, but it looks like..

Also, in the intro/breakdown, the ascending bits should actually go as follows:

Aside from a few other minor things (strumming pattern sounds different, to me - er, there's more strumming, I think; fret mutes in the bridge; more backing guitars), this is a pretty good tab.
The C Chord is fine...and the way he has the opening bit is fine. Did you listen before you posted the comment?
I gave the C chord another listen...and you are right on that, but the intro is fine.
